Administrator, Global HR Services - (Based at CCE Head office in Uxbridge)
What you become a part of

Within this HR role, you will work with a range of recruiters, payroll teams, line managers, and HRBPs The HR Administration team is responsible for providing operational and administrative recruitment support for contract changes and new hires. Maintaining personal information during the employee life cycle and maintaining the organizational management structure.

What we expect of you
Key Accountabilities .
Produce offer letters and employment contracts and all associated documentation for New Hires and internal moves. 

Updating payroll system with details of all New Hires and internal moves
Manage all recruitment documentation and requisition files for the global talent acquisition process in compliance with CCE standards creating forms, pro-actively involved in improving processes. 

Generate candidate expenses on behalf of the recruiters for travel arrangements whilst attending assessment centers. 

Sending out Job vacancy email to all GB users. 

Create positions, position checking, organizational moves and input cost centre changes etc.
Maintaining and updating HR Administration documents 

Continually provide good and practical ideas for process improvement within the department. 

Ensuring accuracy of data. - Qualifications

Education

School leaving qualifications, preferably with Higher Education results in Human resources. 

Experience

  • HR admin experience preferred in a shared services environment. 
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills 
  • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • eam worker 
  • Fluent English
